Lipstick&Bolsheviks, Part One Available!

In case you have somehow missed the news, Lipstick and Bolsheviks, Part One of The von Strassenberg Saga book 3 is now available on Kindle and Nook and at Smashwords
When will the rest be available?
Soon-ish.
Part One changed a lot of things on me and tomorrow I begin writing a previously unplanned interlude between the two parts. So. Soon.

Lipstick & Bolsheviks, How It Will Go

I've had some questions about how book 3 will work, considering it is being released in two parts.
Part one of Lipstick and Bolsheviks will be released within days.
My full-length novels are always priced at $2.99 upon release.

As part one is only the length of a novella, it will be available for .99.

Part two will be priced at $1.99 upon release. The combined novel will contain both parts and be priced at $2.99.

The physical copy will not be available until both parts are complete and properly formatted.

My apologies for the confusion but I blame Katie, who wanted her own spotlight.

Book Buying Moratorium

Here's the thing.
I love the idea of a TBR list, but seriously....I'm an emotional reader, a mood-reader. So having a stack of books that must be read in a certain order just isn't going to work and it wouldn't be fair to the books I'm reading, because I'll resent them.
It has occurred to me that my shelves, both physical and digital, are full of books that I purchased or was given but have not read. There are enough of them to offer the requisite diversity to keep me from getting edgy or resentful.
It might very nearly kill me and I will have to avoid the used bookstore like it's that girl I went to high school with who is fresh-faced as she drops her kids off at school at 7:30 in the morning and is still thin as a stick... Small-town life is a constant high school reunion, but I digress.
No more book buying until I read all these dang books.
A sample of the list around me:
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (started, didn't finish, guess I will)
Water for Elephants
Shinju
The Likeness
Fallen
Vintage Affair
Galway Bay
The Yellow House
Bitterroot Crossing
Hideaway - Koontz
all of my Charlaine Harris and Vince Flynn books....

Sigh, this could take awhile.

Bunny Cates Reviews Filter!!!

To view Bunny's entire review of Filter: Book One of The von Strassenberg Saga go here:
(here's a snippet!)
"My Thoughts:
Loved. It.
..........
......the story is basically page after page of adventure as we try to fit together the pieces of the puzzle. The story is dark, gothic, romantic, and tragic.  Yep, Ole Miss Bunny Cates cried her face off toward the end.
When you finish a book, and you have to smoke a fake cigarette…that’s when you know you’ve read something amazing.  I totally recommend this one for anyone who enjoys: historical fiction, romance, suspense, mystery, ya
READ IT.  You’ll thank me for it, promise. ;)"
